Dennis is a Chartered Member of Institute of Internal Audit, Malaysia. He has also been trained by the Royal Malaysian Customs Department ["RMCD"] on Malaysia Goods & Services Tax and has passed the relevant examination organised by the RMCD.

Dennis was attached to Deloitte, BDO and a locally established boutique consulting firm. He has more than 10 years of professional consulting experience in corporate governance, GST and corporate tax matters, serving listed companies, multi-nationals and private companies in a wide range of industries including financial institution, global computer hardware & ERP system supply, manufacturing, property development, oil & gas, plantation, food & beverage, hotel & resort, timber production, cement & concrete etc.

Dennis also carries more than 5 years of commercial exposure in a European based multinational company, a global market leader in processing and packaging solutions. During which, he has led and participated extensively in various exciting projects e.g. regional SAP implementation & enhancement, regional business functions & processes centralisation, local trade flow change, regional KPI implementation and performance management, design & implementation of Business Contingency Plan etc.
